Our movement classes help counter the effects of sedentary work by improving posture, easing stiffness, and reducing neck and back discomfort. These creative, engaging classes leave employees feeling relaxed, energized, and focused. All classes are mixedlevel and accessible to everyone.

Virtual classes are available livestreamed globally, or on-site classes are available in the Portland Metro area.
