Classes are appropriate for all levels and designed to meet you where you are, physically, mentally, and spiritually. We offer a range of movement styles and class lengths, allowing you to make a selection based on what your body is craving, and the amount of time you have. Our teachers make classes accessible to different body types through the use of props and offer modifications throughout the class. Start at the beginning if you’d like, or browse all options and select the first class that piques your interest.
