Yoga Classes
Yoga is a science of awakening Self-Awareness. It connects body, mind and spirit and rewires old patterns in order to realize the Higher-Self. Yoga makes a person stronger, more flexible, peaceful and centered in their well-being. Urban Balance classes are mixed-level instruction appropriate for everyone from the beginner to the seasoned practitioner.

Mindfulness & Meditation
Mindfulness and Meditation teach employees to be present and more focused. Additionally, Breathwork teaches employees how to breathe properly. These practices help with memory and managing stress. The associated techniques are known to improve productivity, creativity, compassion, empathy and interpersonal skills.

Pilates Classes
Pilates is a system of exercises that improves posture, strength, flexibility, pain reduction and overall body awareness. Pilates makes a person feel taller, stronger and more connected to their body. Movement Classes
The digital world has left employees with poor posture, stiffness, neck and back pain. These classes are designed to help bring the body back in alignment. Participation in movement classes corrects posture, reduces pain, energizes the body and stimulates the mind.
Movement helps to rehydrate the connective tissue so that the body is more fluid, pliable and relaxed. Urban Balance classes are mixed-level instruction appropriate for everyone from the beginner to the seasoned practitioner.

Massage
Massage offered at the workplace can improve productivity and morale. When employees are not hurting or feeling stressed, they’re more able to focus on job-related tasks. There are many types of massage; chair massage is easily implemented in the work place because it is convenient and does not require much physical space. Table massage is also available.
